The Perc Cafe The Perc Cafe is a fun little cafe in the heart of the city, infamous with their locals for their amazing coffee and cinnamon pinwheels and inviting atmosphere. Owner Sarah Henderson has created a meeting place; in my opinion what any good cafe should be. The two large shared tables in the centre of the cafe and to the left of the entrance are a bold move that has paid off; they add to the welcoming family atmosphere and encourage conversation between customers. The Perc is a perfect place to bring the kids, the overflowing toy basket is sure to keep them occupied while Mum and Dad enjoy a coffee. If you arrive at the cafe around smoko time there is likely to be a line of customers almost out the door as local business people flood in to get ‘perced’ up.The cabinet food is good value and delicious, pies, pastries, a range of salads, sandwiches and rolls a look amazing. If you’re in a hurry you can take your lunch away or if you have time sit back and take a moment to watch the world go by. The all day breakfast menu is sure to please and will fill even the hungriest of stomachs. The Perc Special stack is always a goer to set you up for the day!
