Owned and managed by partners Jim Foster and Marc Roy, with the support from all-star chef James MacMillan, Pelican Seafood Market & Grill thrives in all areas of customer service, preparation and professionalism.We always dreamed of having an oyster bar and after 20 years our dream came true! Our recent expansion also allowed us an expanded seating area and seafood market, an intimate private seating area and a new kitchen with another fish smoker. We were thrilled to watch Jamie & Laura from Rusty Nail Design build us a new space out of reclaimed wood and metal. Our favourite spot to eat is sitting at the bar beside the hand built draft taps.
